She completed all her lessons and is was promoted to a Internship Junior Coordinator during the Fall '20 term. In addition to that, she was nominated to become an Executive Assistant. She took the opportunity and throughout the Fall term, Lisa worked as a teacher under the "Internship Dept. She also joined the Video Production Team as a "Speaker". She works with people from different departments to create instructional videos about Heart in Motion and how to use certain applications. Nearing the end of the term, Lisa became a Team Leader for the Kahoot Group and simultaneously lead 22 other Executive Assistants to build a Notion Page. She is still currently a Team Leader on the Kahoot Group.
After the Fall '20 term, came the Winter '21 term, where Lisa is now working as an Executive Assistant and Acting Internship Department Program Manager. She is now being trained to become a Program Manager and manages 16 new interns and experienced coordinators from her department.
